Absolutely... poor John. He's probably my favorite Beatles (or equals to Paul). I don't know all the songs that he wrote but "Imagine", "Jealous Guy" or "Watching The Wheels" are among my favorites.

It's the best i can do in few lines (and in english).
I don't like John when it's too "love, love, love". I like the "dreamer" John... or crazy, or insane : "I'm The Walrus", "Help!", "Revolution".
Paul is gentle... it's really comforting : "Let It Be", "Hey Jude" (clichΓ©, again). Ah... Be careful, I had a very good teacher who is fan of them and specifically Paul.
I prefer their last years (sigh), melodies and lyrics are great (A Day In The Life is a pure masterpiece 
ClichΓ© again... but I mentioned most of my favorites sings in the comments on the artworks.

ja, ja, be careful: iΒ΄m a biiiiig fan of all-era George, i like his music experimentation, his taste in melody and lyrics (and to me, of course, heΒ΄s the most handsome); but everyoneΒ΄s motivaded for differents beatle reasons, and itΒ΄s ok.
