Aahahah look at that asshole :0I really like how the coloring ended up, but I'm not as happy with the background lol. I guess I'll change it later if I come up with something better. A dark background didn't fit at all
I tried different things with the hair and eyes, I'm really liking the changes so far. It looks... fresher somehow xd
If you haven't noticed by now, Owen is the one who cursed Azalea in an attempt to kill her whole family out of desperation to cure his mother. In the last moment, Hellebore (the true personality) took control of his body and only took Azalea's eye. He then told her, "We'll be keeping an eye on you" and left. He had hoped that taking Azalea's eye would allow him to use healing magic but when he arrived at his mother's place she had already killed herself. After that, he disappeared without a trace. Friendly reminder that Azalea's flower is slowly consuming her and if Owen doesn't undo the curse she's gonna die lol

The backstory and the character's design are awesome !
I LOVE this piece, the colours are soft and clean and everything fits together. It also illustrates the story very well with Azalea's despair and Owen/Hellebore's satisfaction of getting what he wanted.

But in all seriousness, I really dig the composition here. Every space is used, but it's not too crammed that you loose focus of the important stuff. I am somewhat reminded of the imagery seen in some anime openings, even if that sounds weird. I dunno, the symbolism kinda is there xD

I actually didn't plan the composition too much, I'm glad it somehow gives a feeling of fullness without overflowing it with stuff to fill it in XD

W-why you... You're ahead of the story XD but yeah, she does lol. It's also the way around, Owen/Hellebore can see what she does. Though Hellebore is kind of a good person and doesn't allow that "connection" between them but sometimes Owen hijacks Aza's view and makes her see terrible things :'D It's the reason she cries without telling his bro to not worry him more than he already is
