Pants are tricky beasts and I'm not very good at anything but the drawstring version, which wouldn't work forΒ Rex. Actually, your best bet would be to get a pair of black jeans and paint them. I've seen a number of cosplayers do that.
The price for the jacket and shirt would depend on the price of the fabric and if I have to dye anything, plus shipping. Usually the jacket costs in the area of $65, the shirt another $10-15 depending on availability of colors.

Yes, I can make a Rex jacket. The shirt in that size might be a bit of a challenge, but I'll look into it and let you know.

At the moment I don't have any available for sale because the right orange is hard to come by. I plan on obtaining fabric to make more, but given the number of projects and orders I presently have, that probably won't happen before the end of October or into November. The costume price depends on how much the supplies cost me and if I have to customize the fit, usually in the area of $50-65 for both pieces.

Hi, just saw your awesome jacket and shirt and I would like to know how much would you charge to have one made for me? I just got back from Comic Con and wanted to dress up as Rex but I had no clue on how to make his jacket and shirt. I'd like to dress up as Rex for next years Con. Any help would be awesome! Thanks!

I certainly can! I don't know how much it would cost, but I'm more than willing to ship worldwide. The only reason I don't post international shipping on Etsy is because every country is different and I don't want to put some random cost for shipping that might be too much or too little.

the shirt would be a special order. I only made the shirt in this case just to see if I could, and I sold it along with the first jacket I made.

At this point, that would depend mostly on the size you needed. I used up the last of the fabric I have to cut out a coat in the same size as the jacket shown (36" chest), which I intend to list on etsy when it's complete. If the size wouldn't work and if I were to make another, I would have to order all new fabric, zipper, and possibly a new pattern, so as a rough estimate the final cost would probably be in the area of $55-60 dollars without shipping and it would take several weeks to complete.

This one sold the night I posted it, and since I used up all the red denim I bought for it, I'm moving on to making Nen10 and Albedo jackets next.
The rectangles look off because of the way the shirt lays on the dress form - believe me, I wouldn't put so much work into one piece and let it be off kilter in any way!

I can - for me it's just a question of tracking down the right fabric (I live at the end of the earth practically). Either jacket would be easy to make since it's essentially the same design as the Rex jacket.
