I made this Dress for the Polyball, the biggest decorated Ball in Europ. The Theme was New York Nights.
Fabric: night blue silk/acrylic Velvet
Mostly every thing is bias cut, that makes it very comfortable.
There are Swarovski Rhinestones sewn on every Shoulder, like little Stars.
