He's a naga.This is one of those picture where I start with a basic idea and then just throw things on there higgledy-piggledy.
I'm gonna draw a naga! Now he's on a rock! In a forest! In an enclosure of some sort! Yeah, he's in like a zoo!
Was gonna put more plants, but got lazy.
