Description
Echo in ancient greek mythology was a nymph. She was wandering around the forest of Artemis, where she saw Narcissus, a really beautiful young man, and she immediately fell in love with him. She was admiring him for a long time till she went out to call him. But Narcissus never listened, for he was distracted by his own reflection till he actually fell in love with it. Echo was heartbroken and she kept wandering around the forest until little by little she started fading away.

A really sad story that I really loved. So that's why I drew narcissi on her hair. I don't really know if she was alive when narcissus died in mythology, but I can really imagine her wearing these flowers in his memory.
