this was drawn by =LugiasSliverEclipse and color by me. ( [link] )i did the best with the colors for Lugia. I know the eye maybe the wrong color. any who, on the right, it's my new from. well... that's all i can think of...

I did a similar job with my friend . He drew the lineart and I colored it in GIMP 2.6 (the latest version of the GIMP softwear)...
