No photo manip. The only thing I did in Photoshop was remove some of the noise. Part of it was just luck. The way the clouds were over the city with the moon just poking through... it looked pretty amazing. I actually didn't even have a tripod. It was just so stunning at the time I took like 20 pictures trying to hold the camera still on a wall. This is the only one that came out in focus.
