Heyyyyyy guess who can use her tablet agaaaaiiiiiiinnnnI am sorry for not making more art.
This was originally gonna be like making out in the rain or something because it rained today, but then this sort of happened instead. This pose is so typical of me. I've probably drawn it before. But I needed to do mice fluff because the mice fluff well seems to be drying up around here.

This comment is WELL overdue, but I've been so frightfully busy lately. Still, no excuses; this is adorable, and wonderful, and it deserves all the love in the world.
To start with, you may have done similar poses before, but I rather consider this one ultimately unique thanks to the particular energy and motion you put into it. You can just feel Minnie gliding out of those shoes as Mickey wraps her up oh-so-warmly, you can feel that kiss so sweet and strong, because you've given each line, each curve, this great sense of animated action and vitality. It's long been a strength of yours, I think, but here especially it shines, and it sells the central pose so very strongly that you can't help but fall in love with it; I know I did.
As well, I very much like the coloring. The soft-purple tint for the black fur, the gentle spot-light shining down on both of them, the just-right mix of warms and cools...it gives the picture this great, almost old-school French Art Poster feel that fits the mood of the moment very nicely, and really heightens the warm, Romantic atmosphere of the image. Likewise, excellent job on the little details; the pinstripes on Mickey's pants and hat, the little strands of white on Minnie's feather...the outfits themselves are wonderful designs, elegant and charismatic and fit to each mouse so perfectly, and those little touches make them feel that much stronger and more fitting.
All that, and you picked a fine bit of mood music for it. <3
