Is it really? Because I've been meaning to cosplay as Kamina for a con or two next year so I'm going to have to make myself a cape. I've started searching for a red cape a little last week and I haven't found any yet. I'm probably going to try again within the next two weeks.

Yep, just go and by yourself a red blanked or 3 meters of red fabric And cut a cape!
And then just paint that emblem with some cotton paints ;D
