I really like this picture. I like the eyes and the hair. For some reason, the eyes grab me. I don't know what medium this picture was done it, but I really like it. It kinda looks like either paint (watercolor) or maker. Am I right? Anyway, tbe texture of the medium gives this picture an awesome effect.
