I have to say, I really like the expressions here! Your art is always cute, but I think the expressions here are some of the most lively and animated I've seen from you, and I like it. I especially like the girl on the right side, the one blowing out the candles. Her eyes are so lively and energetic, and her face and features look great! The boy on the left, licking his chops in anticipation of eating the cake has a great expression, too.
It interesting how they are each drawn with a different color. Is that an artistic choice, or are you doing that so you can separate their lines for coloring or working with digitally more easily?

I want to do a colored version of this sketch, I hope to do a good work ^^
For the colors I drawing with a simple pencil and then I used a photoshop gradient on a separate level for give this effect to the picture
The three colors are choised for a reason: Gor (the boy who licking his chops) main color is green, Merié's (the girl) color is Cyan and Joe's (main character of "The Annales") color is red.
