Heavily based on SplashBrush 's beautiful style.Part of Magical March, a 31 day drawing challenge to draw a magical girl each day. I'm already 2 days behind. I guess I won't make it -___-

I've always wanted to do a series of Sailor Scouts from planets all across pop-culture, and I felt this was the right time to do so.
But, since I didn't exactly use the Sailor Moon style here, I'm not calling her Sailor Zebes yet.
