If they do an adaption I think that they should animate it. Because if they do a drama they'd have to find actors to play Alek and Dreyn and I don't think that there are many people that could play them.

I love your (oh how I wish they weren't fake!) screenshots. I think out of all the renditions I've seen of Deryn yours is the closest to how I've pictured her, and Alek is great too. I would love to see more!

Good screen shot, wish it weren't fake. Hell, I'd sell my right arm to see a Leviathan anime (hopefully done by that guy who did Kiki's Delivery Service and Howl's Moving Castle, whatever his name was). Actually, I'd sell both arms...and then have them replaced with Darwinist-created symbiotic replacements.

I don't know if this is true or not, but I read somewhere here on DA that Scott Westerfeld either wanted a live-action or an anime if they did a film for the Leviathan series. So that would be effing cool.
