First adopts posted over here since deciding to no longer use my adopt account. This way will be a lot easier for me to manage just one account instead of two.
Lately I've had the urge to make more pink haired OC's...which I didn't really need sooo I made up an entire set of designs to sell instead of keep, all with pink hair |D Though I ended up really liking three...

1. Don't send payment till after I accept! All payment should be made in USD if using PayPal.
2. Once you say you'd like to buy it, I will let you know to send the payment, and can note you my Paypal info if need be. If you don't send the payment within three days, I will put it up for adoption again. If you have a history of backing out, your bid will not be considered.
3. Do not trace, render, copy, heavily reference my designs and do not claim the design as your own, it would also be nice if you credited me at least once but its not necessary.
4. I no longer give out the un-watermarked version of the adopt. I will however still send you the adopt file without the background and with my username marked on the side.
5. You're buying the design not the artwork. Please do not use/edit/repost my original image in any way without my permission. (Exception being character hosting sites ex- Weebly, ToyHou.se etc with credit)
6. No refunds. Once you buy it, its yours.
7. You may resell the adoptable you buy for the price you paid for them. (You can obviously increase the price if there's extra artwork) You may gift it, give it away, or trade it to other people. If you do Re-sell,gift or trade it away, PLEASE send me a note letting me know! I like to keep track of where they all go!
8. Changes of any kind to the design, such as gender, colors, etc. are allowed, however these changes are not to be made to the original artwork.

Only owners of the drawn Character(s) are allowed to use this, non-commercially with credit.
Do not redistribute/Re-upload/Use my art on any other sites without my permission. Do not trace, render or copy my images.
