This is amazing~ I love the colors, especially the contrast, and the beak and eye (most of all) are magnificent.

VERY well done. Your use of media (paint, I'm guessing, or perhaps pastels) is very good here, as well as the eagle's proportions.
Golden eagles are better than bald eagles anyway.
