Simple a beautiful memorial to Hiromi Tsuru's character she voiced for many years.
Her outlines gives her a heavenly glow.
I personal love the detail and shading.
But her eyes capture your attention and pull at your heart strings.
There are a few notes that might make it look nicer.
Her bandana seems to be defining the laws of gravity, maybe having it rest on her shoulder a draped over her a bit might look better.
Her eyebrow seem a little shorter it and the eyelib kinda throws off the placement a bit.
But overall it makes me remember why half the world fell in love with Bulma and DB.
