First off, this is a fine use of the Croatian mountainside and tree stocks, and in a way it takes me above the clouds and into a world of imagination. For one, I could totally see a little sailboat floating across the foggy oceans and the shout of “Land ho!” echoing across the Earth. Some of the painted reflections give an impression of land jutting from the mountainside, where a lone tree looms and gives shelter.
It can certainly leave one feeling very thoughtful or solemn, and if that’s what you set out to do, you succeeded. Like the golden sunrays, it exudes that warmth. Not much else to say except, good job!

Very beautiful work as always my grandson. So soft looks hand painted, so calming. I love the technique you used to give it that soft feeling. Gorgeous golden hues as well. Much love to you from your grandma.
