Steampunk is a Gliese sapien from the world of burning ice, Gliese 436b. He is a being made up of the rare Ice X that allows him to manipulate him core body temperature without any risk of melting. He can manipulate steam, as well as create burning iceballs.

Yeah, I needed an alien to be a counterpoint to Heatblast, so I went in nearly the opposite direction and went with ice. Steampunk only came to full being once I learned of the real Gliese 436b.Β
