They are show accurate. I don't get why they should be 18 to kiss and cuddle in their underwear. It's no different than cuddling and kissing in your swimsuits on a beach.

Also, 18 is weird for someone from my country.

No. 18 Is the age when you get your full voting rights.

In my country 16 is the age when you are fully responsible for yourself court-wise

15 is the age of consent.
