Though I feel that your splashes on the top of the strawberry are a tad bit over saturated, it's a very stunning piece. Also, what what your shutter speed, and how many times did it take you to get the perfect shot.

SS 1/100 - ƒ/11 - ISO 100- focal leng 75 mm
the shutter speed,it's no really important, the power of the flash it's who control the freeze,with less flash power you get more faster, I clean the strawberry and the spoon in each shoot. I hope this will help you as a reference, and sorry i speak broken English greetings
