Nice textures, the eye is creepy as hell I like the framing effect of the feathers, Kraehe's face is also nice.
I think my suggestion would be that the breasts look a little strange, the outfit doesn't look like it would lift/squish them to the extent that they're so well defined (and are slightly different sizes?)
No biggie, just a thought ^^ Well done~

Yeah im still learning how to make everything properly I needed to remake all lower part of her body because of something *dont remember now* maybe thats why it looks different, on her ref pic ( from anime) her breasts looked kinda tight, so when i planned to make them bigger i thought it will be okay, but thinks happens ofc ;/In sketch she had ropes/corset so it look okay but now not really.  Next time ill take it to my mind to not make them like this. Thanks

Great work on the colouring, especially the feathers and her skin. I love Princess Tutu, the story got so interesting!
