*sigh* and these aren't even mine...This has been my pokemon team the last few days. She was supposed to be riding a bike, but I screwed up at both the two first attempts so I decided to ditch it and just have her standing with the eggs.
Oh, and if you missed my journal then you can try and guess what pokemon hatch from those eggs.
So anyways, here's my cutest babysitter.

for me i have SOME luck, i hatched 3 shinies so far, a torchic in under something like 300, an amaura in under 200 and finally a mareep in 85 (yes i did count how many it took to get the mareep) btw no shiny charm ;-;

yeah masuda, but don't worry I don't have an actual DS, I was just running an emulator.
This was almost a year ago tho, I gave up on looking for a shiny wooper. In the end shinies are a thing that kinda just happen randomly and unexpectedly , no use trying to find a shiny on an emulator, where you can probably force it by just shoving in some cheats and stuff...

why dont you buy a ds and play x and y? or even just play the new ORAS games that are coming out in november?
personally i bought a 2ds just to play it (also the chance or you getting a shiny out of breeding with masuda + the shiny charm is something around 25/8192)

Yeah, I have a friend that's trying to do the same thing to get a shiny zorua. He's had the same luck. It's the reason why I don't go for shinies myself. I've got to deal with enough RNG just getting the IVs right, going for a shiny is just too much.

Shinies ARE rare. I've been playing pokemon for more than half of my life and I've only found 2 shinies. And the first time I found one was in pokemon Gold, before meeting the red gyarados, and I almost thought it was a glitch and I freaked out xD
Shinies fear EVERYONE. And I still don't have my shiny wooper =3=

Or shiny bangs. Really to be honest. the first shiny I caught was a SHINY shinx! The VERY first shiny pokemon I caught when I first played PokΓ©mon Diamond. Yea pokemon diamonds is the very game that made me into Pokefan. Which also why I freaking loves gallade =w=
