Description Huzzah, I've picked up  playing dnd again - online this time (as in; using Skype and a website, not the mmorpg) and this is my character.  She's a dread necromancer - but she's not all that evil, or at least she doesn't think so ‎ʘ‿ʘ.
Haag was a last minute name that I picked because it's a character from a book I love (Old kingdom series from Garth Nix - the name is in the Dutch translation) - not because only two people in the party are able to pronounce it XD.

And that's when your whole team starts asking for drawings of their characters. I almost see her say "what at least this way the bodies are useful" right before she gives that shrug.

Cool! I read the Old Kingdom series too! I loved the concept of different sized bells to control / vanquish spirits.

She looks awesome. "Evil? What? Oh the skulls. It's a fashion statement, fashion isn't evil, well evilly overpriced, but ya know."

I really like her expression actually, I think it gives her more character then a lot of drawings I see. I think she has some nice details to her too. Also congrats on picking D&D up again.

Wow, I love the design! and her personality makes her probably a necromancer with whom you would like to play. I remember my brother playing DnD few years ago and I always wanted to play it also I just never got a chance to do so. Well any way, good luck playing I hope to see more of your arts here around, they're awesome.

the picture is pretty talkative, seem she's saying:
«Is that guy died devoured by zombies!? What an unespected twist of luck!»

But in a not evil way

Oooh, I wish I could do this. I'd love to give DnD a try at some point... also I'm a huuuuge fan of your armor/clothing designs. I'm a big fan of the mulit-layered style!

Nope. Being called 'Haag' counts as evil. Don't fool yourself.

PS: Bonus points for the little decorative skulls, haha. Can't go without skulls when you're a self-respecting necromancer.

Especially when pronounced with all the Dutch hackings and gaggings.

Hackings and...

Very well. Consider yourself lucky that she didn't use a 'sch', 'ui', or 'ij'.

I understand Dutch is like German (of which I once knew a little) but more so.

Yeah for all it's worth, German actually makes sense. But I see what you mean. We must sound like Dothraki to some.

Who doesn't like a little bit of Dothaki in his/her day? Imagine to speak to a taxi driver like that! Netherlands, lands of fanasy since ever
