HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO (and also to Iphin of )!!!The process:
Hehe... First, this pic was drawn by Iphin and Chelle in Chelle's house (Iphin stayed there for a night just for this pic XD), traced it with pen tool and colored it (with Adobe Photoshop). Same tools as always. Then, we made the background and we colored the balloons...

Oh ya, this pic can be used for desktop wallpaper! Yaaay! We're both using it now!
