i never tried graphite but is graphite drawing easier than charcoal for faces and stuff like that

hehe, well I dunno if I could answer you this question since I haven't used charcoal much, just once, some time ago, I barely remember how it was like. I guess that with charcoals you can do a less detailed face than with the graphites. You should try them. I find them very easy to use and manage. And they are great for details and shadows, if used right.

Man, thats a master piece, I didn't know there were charmed fans here, awesome drawing of Piper Halliwell(Holly Marie Combs), she's hot especially when you see her in a black dress.

I couldn't believe someone acctually drew this when I saw it. (I found it on google.) I really wish I could draw like that, or draw at all for that matter =]
I really admire it, and although I don't have my page quite up and running yet, my art, is photography. So, I just thought I'd let you know that this among others pieces of yours I really just think are great.
Peace =]

hehe, thank you very very much! ^^
Well you could actually learn from your photography, no matter what kind. Whether it be portraits, about animals, abstract, etc. You could start copying the image that you see, not tracing, but looking at it and do it as you can. I am a self-taught; I learned copying easy images on coloring books when I was 4 years old, even if I was drawing before that. I think that it helped a lot and after much practice, you really learn to observe and draw what you see. After you have learned that, possibly learn some basics (here you can find many good tutorials) and then you can start doing your own things (even if you can do them wherever you want) cause you feel ready to do so. That's somehow what happened to me. I took only two years of art class (because my teacher left to the US, otherwise I would still be there) but it was basically the same thing I was doing before, only this time I had a guide.
So, if you wish you could draw, you can, you just have to practice, even if you don't think is helping. Try anything and everything you can, and with sometime, you'll realize you have learned.
I'd love to see your photography anytime, let me know
I too love the show, but I don't see them anymore because I don't have much time and I got lost in the serie anyways some time ago. I'm going to wait for the DVD's even if they come out many years later.
Thanks for your comments And I didn't know you could see my drawing in Google.. that's cool!

Wow thank you so much. I'll show you some of my photography as soon as I can get it up here if you'd like. Your advice is great, and I suppose I could try it. If I ever end up drawing anything decent I'll let you know. =]
Eh, I try and follow, but they always jump around.
Anyways, thanks again, talk to you later!
