Description **Edit: I finished it. It's funny, when I picked it up again, and hands and feet came out no problem. Isn't it weird how somedays things just don't seem to work?

I've basically had a hard time with most of this picture. I think the only things that went smoothly were her face and wings. But I finally got it to a point were I am beginning to be happy with it. Now I just have to get her hands (If I've never mentioned it before, I hate drawing hands) and legs/feet drawn. Oh, and the background too. Whatever that's going to be. I'm thinking some kind of interior scene.

Alantia, a young, beautiful and kind fae who doomed herself into unhappiness by falling in love with Jahyel. She gave him her heart, her everything, and it was not enough. Not even a child could make him love her. Jahyel's only love is his hate.

looks very natural. i love her pose, the shading of her skin, and all the small details.

..... You don't see too many pregnant characters in fantasy painting very much. ...... This is realy cool, Becky! I like the perspective and detail on her foot-stool-chair-thingie and the foldie-thing in back of her.

Thank you, Michael! I've always wanted to draw a pregnant woman, and I've had this image of this character in my head for awhile. Now that I have her drawn and I put a face to her character, I almost want her to have a happier story. She's too sweet to be hurt by that damned Jahyel, but that was how I visualized her. I guess I'm just feeling bad for my own characters. LOL! How I torture them... Glad you like the background too!
