~this is a fan art of neptune from the hyperdimension Neptunia series i made it for a kind person selling me a miku cosplay because i am too lazy to make my own XD XD but she has been patient with me and i needed something to draw so i made it with copic markers and fineliners and then a pencil, and a white paint pen for white highlights the background was an afterthought to be honest but since its a little different to my way of drawing girls i can atleast say i had fun trying to replicate this adorable character i also sneakily placed a signature near the heart containing chibi purple heart!!!Related content
