Hey look, I did a thing
I guess that means that I am still alive right? Anyway, sorry for the long spontaneous disappearances, life has been pretty crazy at the moment and there hasn't been a lot of time for me to sit down and do any serious drawing.
So I got this gorgeous bab from the wonderful who was kind enough to design me one of her original species, "Forestlings". Forestlings tend to have features of other boreal animals. This girl is based around the Eurasian Lynx and Belted Kingfisher 
I am going to try and draw a background in on the original, but I thought that I should upload this now with an abstract background in case I accidental screw it all up (which is highly likely, this is the third time I've drawn it already I love traditional art >_< such stress
Oh and Calluna, let me know if I need to change anything to make her fit back in the species guidelines

It's a good idea to scan the finished character first. I run out of fingers when counting drawings ruined by the background
