Description For "WeLovePokemon"'s Ice Pokemon Contest [link]

Usually in these contests I do all of that particular type, but I wanted to do something else.
I had another vision in mind for this, but paper was just too freaking small, so went with this.

Was sorta a quickie but worked on it hard all the same. This time I hope to place, but if not I like how this turned out ^^
