This is an outside alter that I did around three years ago for Samhain. The book in the picture is A Witch's Book of Wisdom by Patricia Telesco. It's an interesting spell book that I found in 2003 or 2004.Related content

hello, im creating a non-profit organization that helps young wiccans learn the craft at no price, it also is a place where people can donate money and supplies that i will personally use to get books and other such needed things that many young people can not afford. i was wondering if i can use a few of your pictures on my website, last thing i want is for it to be shut down for breaking laws. you can look at it yourself www.wiccateachings.org its still new and im working out a few bugs but your help will be greatly appreciated

yes very nice i often feel alot of anxiety and nervousness before i do a ritual its always the same question am i doing it right? what if it didnt work?. i know theres no need to be nervous i just need to take my time.

This is a beautiful alter. I myself am a Christian, but I am fascinated with this beautiful religon and I wish that people wouldn't be so biased based on their own religon and learn the facts

Is it just me, or is it very, very hard to find supplies these days? I dunno about where you live, but over here it's like the Inquisition went through a week ago, there is so little.

Oh I know how you feel there. Alot of what I have I baught off amazon.com or found here in there in craft stores or home goods stores, some books I got at thift stores or even random book stores. I live in the south, which is like living in a modern day witch hunt daily. My town is basicly all Church of God, so its hard. But I've gotten crafty, the wand I have I made, I get my herbs from grocery stores or grow them & dry them. but amazon has been a life saver for me

I dont envy you. At least we dont have to worry about the whole religious intolerance issue like you do. Think of it this way, putting effort you put into making something yourself is meant to make it more powerful right? Or at least create a greater connection, that store bought stuff can be lacking.
