I really like the shading on her face and the eyes!
I have one little tip for you though on starting off an image digitally. Bigger is better! If you draw on a canvas that is bigger than 1600 pixels, like 3000, and then shrink it back to 1600 when you're done, your lines will seem a lot smoother and more crisp. It's something I've been getting into the passed few years. It makes the quality of the image a lot more apparent. And great for wallpapers!
