I'm not quite happy with this one but, oh well, there you go.stock used:
the model
the cliff
the green dragon
the golden dragon
the birds
the sky
the fire and sky
textures
hair brushes
EDIT: dragons DO NOT eat birds. why should they, when they could rather eat people? a bird is too little to fill one's stomach. so, if dragons are not predators to birds, why should the birds be afraid of them? anyway there's the mistress ready to control the dragons with a swinging of her shining sword. the birds are meant to show that eventhough the dragons may seem dangerous, there is no danger there
PS: stop asking WTF the birds are doing there!

and I do not understand the birds in the front... In my opinion, animals can smell danger and would this flee. same for me, heroic female does the trick

ohh come on,
both birds and dragons do have wings, but when there is a predator around, there is nothing like hovering in the air and relaxing.
If you were in the forest while there is some predator around, you can not hear any other sound, just the predator. the other animals just hold their breath and wait for the predator to leave.
anyway... your right, they both have wings, after all.... fantasy... who knows...

I really like the composition and the way you have put the story together in this piece. Having a heroic female figure does the trick. The colours and contrast are great, even though I am a little picky about the birds otherwise it is a great mystical piece.

You are not quite happy with this one? I don't understand why. Only thing I could fault would be the addition of the birds. I think it would work just a well without them but not anything that makes it a bad work. The background colors seem almost perfect for your subject and also the model you choose.

its a very nice composition, quite hard to mix that many elements, but you did do a lovely job of it.
