Sisters picking wild mushrooms

they are picking mushrooms, right
but that doesn't mean that the field has to be full of over-sized mushrooms! this is not a surreal work, so get over it. Mushrooms are not that easy to find.Also, the basket is in the foreground, while the girls are on the background... so that means that if the basket was in the same ground as the girls then it would be much smaller, including the mushrooms. Is not that difficult to understand isn't it?

This is utterly beautiful work. The first thing that came to my mind was a scene from Jane Austen's "Sense & Sensibility" when Marianne and Margaret go out for a walk over the meadows. Once again, this work is evocative and brilliant! Kudos!
