This is the BEST picture I've EVER made.
Everything was drawn from scratch, I only looked at some references for the species and the characters themselves.
I'm super proud of this. UwU

Anyways I hope yall like it and here's all the info:

From left to right:

Nightfest(Female), Goldsight(Male), Huntress(Female), Pearl(Male).
Nightfest is from lineage of almost pure Traditional Nightfuries. She's the mate to Goldsight and the Mother of Toothless, Nirora and Mystery. And Mother-in-law to Luna, Yrsa and Melt. And the Grandma to all their kids and Great-Grandma to their kids' kids.
Goldsight is the brother to Huntress. Both are from a modern Nightfury lineage with a faint bit of lightfury far back, giving them the abnormally light grey scales.
Huntress is Goldsight's sister and the mate to Pearl. She's the mother of Lovepatch and Onyxquartz, and mother-in-law to Zenith and Galatic. And grandmother to their kids. She's also the aunt to Toothless, Nirora and Mystery.
Pearl is a from a modern-traditional blended lightfury lineage. He left his flock early on to find his future mate.

When their kids were about 10, they were all attacked by hunters. Toothless was the only one to have escaped... They were all caged, Mystery was sold, Nightfest lost a leg, and her eyesight in one eye, Goldsight has trouble his voice due to the ringed-scar around his neck, Huntress lost a wing and most of one of her tail wings. Pearl lost an arm and has some nasty scars on his face, making it painful to have his eye open on that side of his face.
When Toothless was an adult, just a few years after Dart, Ruffrunner and Pouncer hatched, he managed to reunite with his family and had them meet his human family as well.

In Emberverse, Toothless, while he and many dragons DID leave to the Hiddenworld, they did NOT cut ties with the humans they bonded with nor did ALL the dragons leave the world either. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask me in the comments. UwU

I'll be trying to make more art of Toothless' family - which may take, a while- twt I have about 81 dragons to draw, not including any of the undecided mates and unmade kids twt
