Description
In this drawing, I started to portray the first century. This one is about Boudicca, who was a queen of the Iceni tribe in ancient Britain. She defended her tribe against the invading Romans, and was a fierce warrior queen. In this drawing, Boudicca is the woman standing with a sword in her hand, having defeated a Roman soldier, and she stands on his chest. Another girl points to the far off Romans, who are advancing. A boy from the tribe tries to get another woman with a baby to safety. A child admires Boudicca's bravery, while a woman carries a bloody bag, and another woman prepares her spear. On the far right, one of the tribal women has been killed as well.
