Description
So this was initially done as a visual for my Advance Placement English summer project. I removed the quotes and added a new line at the bottom. So this is based off of "In Cold Blood" by Truman Capote. The book tells the grim (but true) story of two men, Mr. Smith and Mr. Hickock, and how they murdered the entire house hold of Mr. Herbert Clutter and what followed. The two men were sentenced to death by hanging in Kansas. So this depicts capital punishment and "an eye for an eye" in which the condemned is hung, but by the knife with which they killed Mr. Clutter, and the condemned is shot in the head (which was sadly how each family member was murdered, was with a shotgun blast to the head). This picture is part of a series called "Artist's Puppet:" I am doing including the artists puppet here. I hope you enjoy. I didn't put a maturity filter because it is fairly moderate. If you feel it requires a filter, please note me and I will establish one.
