So the next assignment for my Mythology class was a Greek God/Goddess poster. I chose the goddess Athena, because she's frikken awesome and my favorite Goddess! <3In my freshman year I drew a picture of the same goddess for an English project. The picture is located here:

I FRICKIN LOVE GREEK MYTHOLOGY
(but i dont belive in it)
theres a series out called percy jackson and the olympians... about 5 books out now
about a boy named percy who finds out hes the son of posiden and he is a half blood
so he goes to this half blood camp where he meets a half blood daughter of ATHENA
they become best friends and he fights alot
(he fought Ares like 3 times, he fought a cyclops, minotaur ,Hades ,cerebrus ,skeletons ,dead people um.... demons ,medusa, the man that holds the world on his shoulders, titans,a junk monster, and alot more)
He meets all the gods with there human form
Zues Athena Ares Artemis Hera Posiden Aphrodite Apollo Hermes (i almost forgot his name) Hades
And he befriends the Son of hades which is cool as hell omg ujust gotta read the series
book 1:i forget but sumthin bout lightning
book 2:Sea of Monsters

book 5: havent read yet

Athena is pretty much just one of those Goddesses/Fable females that embodies femanine power, thus why I think she is probably nearly every females' favorite...Note, nearly...<<...>>...I'm quite found of her myself.
