John Mayer
This took around 13 hours, over a couple days to complete.
I think this is one of my best portraits to date, accuracy wise.
I really tried to take my time doing all the little details and hair...I usually get another idea in my head of what I want to draw next so rush the one I'm drawing to start the new one lol. I really think taking my time paid off and finally I'm getting the hang of drawing hair! 
Faber Castell & Mechanical Pencils.Blending stumps, tissue, cotton pads and q-tips for blending and shading.White gel pen for little highlights in the eyes etc.Kneaded eraser, block eraser and click-pen eraser.Pencil's & stuff I use for portraits For more work like this, WIPs and tips on drawing please check out my art group on Facebook

I have difficulty with spending a good amount of time on a single drawing too haha. Your peseverance really paid off, it looks awesome! I'm especially in love with the eyes. Instant fav!
