Just a quick rough one I did today on oil paper about A5 size. I've been practicing speeding things up rather than spending hours fussing over every last detail. I spent about an hour in total on this, which is a huge improvement considering I've been known to spend months on a painting before! I gave up in the end as I ran out of light but I don't hate it

Well i hope you dont hate it, because i think its seriously great. Those three dense bands of i dunno foliage knocked me out. If this is you going quick try to keep with it love the "brusque brushwork" lol, honestly wicked stuff though

I wasn't sure whether to post it or not, i did 4 of these quick ones today and its the first time in ages i haven't come away feeling frustrated and disappointed with myself so i will definitely keep going with the rapid style.
