"Home on the Range" depicts a lone bison casually grazing in a grassy area beside the Flat Head River in the National Bison Range in Montana, USA. The towering peaks of the Rocky Mountains can be seen in the background. This is the first of a series of paintings inspired by my 2019 trip to Missoula, Montana and visits to nearby attractions.
