So, this is the very first plush I've ever made, and he's finally finished!
I'd never seen a 1:1 scale plush of Wheatley (from Portal 2), and my local craft store had fleece on sale last week, so I just had to try to make him. He is made entirely of fleece--yes, even the logo and dots--except for a bit of armature wire in the handles. He is very soft and cuddly. ^_^For size comparison, here's a pic of me holding him: [link]
Progress pics can be found on my Tumblr . I used a sphere pattern that I found here for his body, which I sewed by machine, but for everything else I just winged it and exercised my (very) limited hand-sewing skills. A more detailed tutorial can be found here .

Ah, the patterns are still up! I have just changed my blog name to "emmalycanthrope" as a Halloween joke. You should be able to access the patterns by copying that name and pasting it where "emmalyn" is in each link!

well, that was the problem, I looked at your original tutorial and some parts of assembly were left out, such as attaching all the accessories (i.e. the back of him, the side circles)

Ah, yes, well, I didn't take pictures of hand-sewing on all the assorted pieces, because that was actually the easiest part! For the larger chunks, like the side circles, I just used a combination of ladder stitching and back stitching. Here's a link that might help, because I'm no tutor:Β www.sew4home.com/tips-resourceβ¦

Darn, I'm sorry to hear that! I'm afraid I can't really help you there...it's a problem that an experienced seamstress (or, at least, an in-person tutor) would be more suited to helping you with.Β

Then figure out how to get the pattern down (since all I have is a tiny laptop screen and a broken printer. XD)

Hi there! Yes, I definitely do commissions, and the cost depends on what fabric prices are like and what size of Wheatley you'd want. For a smaller, handball-sized Wheatley it'd be around $45, for one the size of this one it'd be closer to $65 (plus S&H).
