There are small informations about the Queen:

Piper was firstborn daughter of Ivy the Merciless and mother of Mira the Bloodly Moon.

Since childhood, Piper was always focusing on help people and animals instead of being involved in her mother's revenge games.

Piper was born with different colors highlights, it means she had soulmate. Piper was shocked to notice her new friend named Ren had dirty blonde and red rose highlights in his gray-blue hair. Piper and Ren were true soulmate. However, there was one thing everyone including Ivy didn't know about the Princess and son of noble: they were in a polyamorous relationship with someone named Storm who was non-binary. Problem? Storm was child of Ivy's enemies and had being threatened to leave Mewni after their father was killed. When the Queen found out, her cheek mark started to cracked and it had destroyed her relationship with Ivy.

Both Piper and Ren had recovered from the unsettling event when they found out they had baby. However, it had pained the couple when they had to put Mira in arrange marriage because it was only way to makes up for the murders and chaos Ivy caused. Little of bit they knew, Mira would be one who caused a massacre that would takes lives of their family including Ren.

Ren's niece said it was good thing Piper had died before the Massacre, because it would break the Queen's heart if she had seen her child lose her mind like this.
