Now this just needs to be put into a video-game. One of the best cyberknights I've ever seen, and I love the gun.

Thanks.  I keep silhouettes in mind while working on concepts, but a lot of the time, I dive right into the design.

Could be a number of things.. since I don't fully have an idea for it set in stone, I'll just say that it's to eject the equally oversize energy cartridge, and knock the next cell into the chamber. truthfully I just put it there on a whim.
