Download the file.
Open your Control Panel > Fonts.
Copy the file into there; it should install automatically.
NB: Programs already loaded will have their fonts preloaded. Google how to reload fonts in that program or restart your computer to have them appear.
Because of way my bitmap fonts work, Win7 users may have difficulty using them in MS Paint.

many happy customers here, so i am doing sth wrong, because the font just shows empty spaces. with 3 different applications, even after rebooting. how exactly do your fonts work?

What programmes are you using? It works in Photoshop and (I think) the GIMP, but not in Word, Publisher, Open Office or MS Paint. An unfortunate side effect of the programme I used which I was not aware of until too late.

wordpad and 2 fontviewers. just blank spaces. also the default font viewer. not in photoshop, either. but my ps seems to be tricky with other fonts, too.
the gimp finally took it.
...
it doesn't really matter i guess but it's weird.
