I wouldn't know. I don't watch Doctor Who, only my mom and brother watches it. I usually watch Primeval, Torchwood:Children of Earth, or Being Human.

I like Sci-Fi things, and I like children's things, so although DW isn't really a children's show, it isn't an AO or even an M (it's PG ) and it's childlike and fun. It inspired Torchwood in the first place, so if you like TW you'll probably like DW.

I have seen the first season of Torchwood. It never returned; possibly because a lot of it was so immoral (the pilot, for example).

Uhh.. isn't BBC British? It's like, the British Broadcasting Channel or something. Though I supposed no one would take it seriously if it were ABC.
Many of the BBC shows I've seen I've enjoyed - I did like Torchwood though it often went overboard and was quite, uh... awkward to watch sometimes...

Do you not remember the pilot? I felt so dirty watching that. Like I could never be forgiven for my horrible sins of television.
I mean, don't get me wrong, Torchwood is awesome - and it cracks me up SO HARD. It just makes me feel a bit uncomfortable sometimes...

Evidently you do not quite get the point I am referring to. There is NOTHING wrong with the genre. It is my favourite genre. It is just that I, personally - and I am not saying this will apply to everyone - feel uncomfortable with the blatant sexual segments of many of their episodes.
