It doesn't look like it has hands. And by the way you should buy Photoshop or 3ds max to make a really good dinosaur. =3

The hands are behind the feathers. I have photoshop. That's how I clean them. Magic brush low tolerance, and poof!

Yeah, he's very skinny. I don't usually draw dinos like these due to the pain in the ass that is doing the feathers.

I think feathers are fun to do, and soon I'm sure I'll upload some pictures of feathered theropods...
My problem is that between Uni/Work/and Life I end up having less time dedicated to my paleo art than I would like but what can you do?...
