Description The "foot feather" is a small maniraptoran from the middle to late Jurassic of China. The fossils include just its feet, which boasted some very impressive feathers.

So fuzzy! But didn't they have pennaceous feathers on their wings? These look filamentous.

No evidence of that on this thing's wings, since they were not located. But it probably did. I just...left them out.

The shaggy look of the feathers looks quite fitting for that guy. ^^
