How do you make paint art clear like that? (As in it dosen't have leftover pixles when you recolour it

Well, normally it depends on what kind of file you save your art as.
If you're getting leftover pixels, it probably means you're saving your pictures as jpeg pictures.
I suggest saving as tiff files or png files.

the black and white design fit together much better than the blue one <3 and the green ribbons highlight her eyes
