The only way to do that is to tear the pilot from the dreadnought shell.
and then the pilot would be dead and missing his lower half from the conversion process

Hush...don`t spoil everything...   

I already made a list with the most ridiculous characters/units/types that I would like to use in the future, like Air Nurgling, Air Ogryn, Air Symbiont, Air Commissar........

But I have plenty of other stuff that has to be ersaed from my list first, and I didn`t want to do them all in a row, so there will be a new one from time to time... 

Also, like I said in my last pic, I challenge everybody to use this concept on his favourite 40k stuff. I really want to see some results, and in the end, everybody can do this. It`s really not pretty hard to paint a sillhouette, or is it?  

Yeah, sorry dear Mr. tehnoper, but it seems like now it`s your turn, to present us all an "Air Titan", am I right? What type will you use? A knight, a Reaver, a Warhound or are you going the whole 9 yards and gift us with an Emperor-Titan? I know, which one I would do first...

I expect it to be finished within the next 15 minutes.
